The Scarcity of Love

The Scarcity of Love and the abundance of hate

How long must society blame the individual for reacting toward offences suffered? How long must we ridicule the weak and the vulnerable and then blame them for their often chaotic desperate despairing response? How long must there be hateful maltreatment, slanderous unreasoned provocations; malice and hate in an uncaring society? How long must the vanquished have to suffer being excluded from life? When will humanity enter a more enlightened age removed from the dark age we live in?

Such questions have concerned humanity not just for generations but for thousands of years but the truth people seek is a simple one it is not to teach each other to hate one another but to be compassionate. Our world that has been made a living hell to many cannot go on this way; I believe that even though I know things have not altered since the dawn of man. And even though people speak of a New World Order I know they are referring to the Old World Order. Perhaps if people could overcome their personal bitterness and jealousy then we could all be representatives and participants in a New World.

But truly as an individual who is treated by so many as being alien, eccentric or plainly strange. Whose beliefs are thought of as being nothing more than a fantasy especially since I have such a strong belief in LOVE I cannot help but feel distant from so many that have so much personal energy invested in hating and dominating others.

I am tired of elites and secret societies hiding truths that are unnecessary to hide; of keeping a world closely scrutinized and closeted and by doing so preventing the natural growth of potential. I find it strange in this much observed paranoid world of ours that there are close circuit cameras on every street corner which are not for our protection but are there to keep people in a state of constant vigilance and fear; and should there use ever be questioned then those using them justify their use by saying ‘if you have nothing to hide then you have nothing to worry about’ and yet those same people that believe in such things are the ones who exclude others from their secret societies and their elite structures; which means they are the ones who wish to remain unobserved and work their machinations in secret which must also mean that ‘they do have something to hide and are the ones truly living in fear.’ Which is a completely unnatural state for any to live in.

Can the hypocrisy keep going or will people finally wake up to the fact that they have had thousands of years of hate thrust upon them; that they have fought war after war and yet still suffer austere societies. That they have died and suffered in their millions and will suffer to die in their millions in the future unless things change.

I know that the burdens people carry are extensive and I know that this is not the way things are meant to be. People are not meant to make pacts with the devil, they are not meant to care less for others than themselves; this is not meant to be a dog eat dog world.
I also know that people that react to the hopelessness thrust upon them are often condemned and punished especially by those who have the power to change things. This is not just a shame but a great shame although the greatest shame people have is that they have no shame at all. You see people are so busy diminishing others that they fail to see the potential they are weakening.

I have often said that love is the divine in all of us and since it is divine then that which is not love must be less, making people less than what they can be, than what they can achieve. You may remember that I said that the rich treat each other richly and the poor treat each other poorly. Could it be that the poor are always ready to trample each other under foot whilst the rich actually respect one another treating themselves with distinction.

Does this occur because of the hard lives people lead; the answer to that is no, as poverty of the spirit is not restricted to an individuals social standing. Even some of the most nefarious people in history thought themselves creative rather than what they were damaged destructive people that were the design of their cultural heritage. And these non believers of love preferred to, and prefer to follow a doctrine of thoughtless callous behaviour that has led to and will lead to a non acceptance for the responsibility required for others, so strong was and is this belief that there is in this world a scarcity of Love and an abundance of Hate.

So I say wherever you are bring the Love back, shout it to the loudest. From the deepest caverns, to the highest mountains, let it spread its wings and fly; from distant corner to distant corner, and do not let it be drowned out, live it, dream it, and believe in it; and when you feel it then let the world know that you heard the calling and that you were called back to Love.

Why is Forgiveness divine?

Is Forgiveness divine?

In a previous blog I first mentioned the Greater Brain of man to show how thoughts and ideas develop. I wished to show how people are often subject to the will of their Greater Brain; an intelligence or mind that has an overwhelming influence on the individual so that when the individuals psyche reaches its tipping point it then reacts; this occurs when the Greater Brain of the social group or society unbalances the individuals mind forcing it to behave in what is manifestly thought of as an antisocial manner. The Greater Brain of society fuelled by its own insecurities and fears then also behaves in an unreasoned antisocial manner as a cycle occurs of reaction and response.

It is this social intelligence that prohibits man from fulfilling his potential if the society is continually judging condemning and then punishing individuals it does not give itself time to grow and this is seen in how restricted growth is within society.

Most people live within a bubble made up of ego, pride and ignorance which is controlled by the Greater Brain of man i.e. their society and social group. All people or states for that matter that judge others do not often acknowledge the faults within themselves just those they oppose and so what follows after the hypocrisy of critical thought is indulged comes the reaction from those who are being condemned. Instead what should be addressed is a close look at where problems lie and how to heal wounds whether old or new.

As per my theory then a mentoring process should be in place to lift people or even states out of the destructive cycle they find themselves in. Both people and states need to be properly instructed so that they can overcome their fears which might be deep rooted as to make them behave in an uncompromising manner.  The reason instruction is necessary is so that they can come to terms with the tragedies of their past and find forgiveness for those they perceive as their enemy.

Ask yourself are you as forgiving as you expect others to be to you?

So what is one way that the Greater Brain of the social group or society at large has on the influence of others; it creates the denial in the ego of the individual by creating falsehoods that people apply to their daily lives. An example of this is how the poor the weak and the vulnerable are damaged by society. A society that is more than willing to condemn and punish the individual for their weakness rather than help them become stronger so that they can fulfil their potential, is a society that shows how primitive it still is. The Greater Brain dictates that Social Groups should Judge Condemn and Punish others; this hypocrisy for hypocrisy it is has lasted for thousands of years. It works because people are made to centre on themselves and they feel a sense of power by judging others and more so by condemning them. What should be occurring is that people should be passing love on to one another. The reason why this is not occurring is because the Greater Brain directs the individual to be selfish rather than selfless; after all love is the greatest gift one person can give to another unfortunately in the selfish world we live in such a feeling is guarded jealously, instead of what should be seen which is that it should be given away freely.

So why then have we found in the past that even those people who are bonded by blood and friendship are still willing to betray one another. The reasons are many according to the damaged psyche of the Social Memory which may be constrained by Paranoia Fear and Jealousy which are caused by previous Hardships that have remained within the individual diluting the love that should be felt.

As an example you may think that you are at a social event and one person may be innocent to the malice of another who is controlled by their fantasies. These damaging fantasies affect the keeper of them as they are internalised creating great pain and torment for the individual.

The person whilst communicating socially with the other person will record the information received incorrectly because of their fantasies and then repeat that information elsewhere but will do so inaccurately because of how hard their heart has become which
creates a lack of empathy as the protective barriers that were built up over time become more and more solid if they are not dealt with. In essence what is created are further hardships as issues and situations of a negative nature are made where none existed before and they do this because they truly believe that the other person is deserving of their hate not realising that they are the ones behaving in a spiteful callous or malicious manner as they are subject to the will of their Social Memory.

Such is the way people and states justify the horrendous acts they perpetrate.

People can become hateful seeking vengeance for acts they have no right to seek vengeance for as they are manifestations of their own imagination and why because of their belief in what the Greater Brain has told them. The Greater Brain being the social group that instead of calming the seas of wrath, fuels the fires of the individuals rage and the persons own arrogance and pride which then affects the lives of those around them with the toxic poisonous waist they have swallowed and are willing to dispel.

It is this battle against the duplicity and thoughtless behaviour of the Greater Brain that truly makes Forgiveness Divine as the Greater Brain of Society teaches intolerance vengeance malice condemnation and hate whereas the individual, and there have been many great individuals that have not been subject to the negative aspects of their Omnipresent Social Memory have taught love compassion mercy tolerance and hope.

It is for this reason that wherever and whatever you are doing in your search for happiness if you choose love then you must choose thought, compassion, kindness, and a willingness not to judge condemn or punish others; so look inside yourself and find forgiveness not resentment, mercy and not bitterness, love and not rage and just may be you will also find something else there?

Who Forgives?

When Cowed by acts past
Of winters chills that last
Through chained and icy melody
That never sets the soul free
Do not bow to troubled mind
Or countless curses thought unkind
Blame instead the memory
That bursts like an incendiary
And if vile truth be told
Let others diminish beliefs old
But you stand firm to your grief
And not let others take or thieve
What is a holy natural light
And not some hidden pagan rite
So when they speak of troubles far
As distant as some lonely star
Saying that the futures yours
Unless of course you have good cause
To remember scorns long felt
Which time and age do not melt
Think on this a little while
If they should ever stand such trial
As the victim that they blame
For not being party to their game
As they do not see the path taken
Until in deaths arms they awaken
And at deaths door they won’t begrudge
Saying they were the ones not to judge
That they never did any wrong
Repeating histories many times long
Claiming that they’re forgiving too
And so they still harbour what angers you
Hypocrisy

Beware Dark Energy Feeders and The Greater Brain

Warning - Beware Dark Energy Feeders and the Greater Brain

There are those people and even states that have such a negative influence on others it is as though they parasitically suck energy from them the way a mosquito sucks blood replacing what they have taken with a Darker energy that infects the host with the diseases of anxiety, fear and paranoia which if left untreated can fester and turn into bitterness, resentment, and even hate.

You will recognise such people or states by the fruits of their actions. Often they seek out conflict, are condemning and judgmental and are quick to punish rather than be compassionate kind and have empathy for others as they see such aspects of behaviour as weaknesses. They live with a belief system that directs their perceptions which is fuelled by a Dark Energy that gives them succour and strength and have a need to control the greater brain of the community at large. In normal reality such a world as they live in is beyond the comprehension of most people and catches unaware the unsuspecting individual or state who sceptically feels disbelief for such pariahs until they are made victims of them; the reason why this occurs is for the most part such people or even states walk in disguise, hiding their true nature until they can hide that nature no longer being forced to show who they are out of desperation or intrigue.

Dark Energy Feeders see any that disagree with them as a potential threat and are quick to show anger and diminish others that get in their way and will use them as a tool to heighten their status in their social group. Indeed it is quite possible that the myth of the Vampire; a creature that drinks the blood of its victim and in so doing transforms that person into a being such as itself; is derived from the understanding that such people influence others with the energy they take replacing it with their own negative energy.

There are both negative and positive influences that people to a greater or lesser extent radiate and with humanities three brains to think by; one for the individual; one from the social group, and one from the state, it is no wonder people truly find it difficult to be as unique as they can be or fail to take responsibility for their own actions.

Human behaviour is directed by the greater brain which is the community they live in, but unfortunately that greater brain may give wrong advice and rationale; even so the information received will be adhered to and followed, as people will take the knowledge given as factual and be prepared to act upon it as though it were leading doctrine.  When that occurs if the individual then inaccurately understands the information he or she is given then that person may be punished with the belief that they are acting of their own accord instead of with the advice and authority of the Greater Brain which has led them to the conclusions they have come to.

In certain circumstances it can be seen that people behave according to their greater brain i.e. the community at large that has given them authority to believe in the manner in which they act. The greater brain can structure perceptions so that people do the most diabolical things and rationalise them as the will of society. And why does this occur? People believe they have freewill but no one has ever had freewill although everyone knows of freedom, of liberty, and of justice they still are contained by the three brain process. Until such time that people stop preying on one another and sucking the positive energy from each other will there be freewill then you will find people will react with compassion and not anger, where people instead of being self-righteous will become righteous; where instead of having their eyes shut to the real world surrounding them they will have them opened. People need to understand that they have these three brains with which they think by and then they need to understand which has the mastery. Which are they going to make become the greater brain. If the individual or state commits atrocities remember that it does so in the name of its three brain intelligence. In our world it should by now be a one world community where people take responsibility for their own deeds and have understanding for the deeds of others for there is no doubt that the smallest seed planted by any individual or society can grow into a mighty forest but we have to ask ourselves is that forest going to be filled with shadow or light. For you can be the light or the darkness and that depends on whether you are a Dark Energy Feeder or not and which brain you give authority to and which you trust. You shall know the right one by the love hope and compassion it allows you to express. You shall know it by the shame you feel when you wrong another and if you feel no shame then you shall know the path you have ventured down is the wrong one.

For that which has no feeling has no soul and that which has no understanding for any but itself has no community and is as cold as a seemingly well structured marbled fountain that on the inside is barren of life and filled with corruption, as it appears outwardly all pristine and clean but spews forth on any that pass by stagnant waters.

Dark Energy Feeders

Beware lovers of Energy Dark
For they scar and they mark
Laying you beneath their feet
With acts worked from deceit
Beware walkers in disguise
Telling sweet tempered lies
They will empty you inside
Place something therein to hide
Draining hope and love away
Making you dance to what they play
Beware those that feel no shame
Whose reliance is a greater brain
Their world being undefined
As is the case with the blind
So if ever you feel drained
And see innocence blamed
For things the wicked oft do
Then ask
Does Dark Energy control you

Live your lives

Live your Lives
It is time to start living your lives; and stop living your lies.
I am perplexed by people’s acts of hate and animosity.  The act of conflict has no bases in rational behaviour and the measurement for it should be found in the early evolution of man and not in an enlightened age.  So are we still living in the dark ages?  Since you all want the same thing, love in your lives, perhaps you should start living your lives and stop living your lies.  Stop diminishing the love you all have got and lift it up to the highest point. You’ve touched the moon now reach for the stars, because in love all things are possible. When others are negative be positive, when others are damning be loving when they are hateful be compassionate. The burdens you carry are temporary, though for a time they weigh you down and often feel eternal; but the truth is, it is love that’s eternal though it often feels temporary.  People turn and say of me, that I am a dreamer; well of course I am.  I am after all the greatest of the creative genius’s far greater than Leonardo da Vinci or for that matter William Shakespeare and don’t let me forget to mention that I am greater than Archimedes; I know you doubt such a revelation.  Well maybe you’re right; perhaps I am just a great dreamer or fantasist.  And as I have said in the past but will now repeat are these words ‘what’s truly obvious to me but not apparent to you is that in a dog eat dog world everyone is made a cannibal’.  And so maybe you all prefer to be predators, roaring raging lions.  Myself I prefer a softer approach; I guess that’s why I’m considered such a lamb, being often thought of as weak, or a victim of other peoples hate, though I am sure they do not perceive their acts as hateful.  And why, because in an aggressive world I choose love and not hate. I choose compassion and not malice.  I choose the freedom to care and not be controlled by my personal fears.  So when you blow a hurricane, I prefer to be a soft summers’ breeze.  When you rage like a mighty volcano, I prefer to be a gentle rolling hill.  And when you choose division I choose unity.
I don’t really have time to consider what’s important for myself; because I choose not to be blind to how people, all people everywhere, except for an enlightened few, are truly confused about life.   Not really understanding that the most important thing in life is actually free.  Love.
As you are now aware, for me to think such a thing must mean I am a fantasist, or creative genius, one of the two.  Anyway, I thought I would explain to you all exactly why you behave in the manner that you do. So I wrote the Theory of Diminished Social Behaviour and the Omnipresent Social Memory.  A new social theory for you.  I am sorry if it still needs a little tweeting, I mean tweaking, but that’s life I guess, you know, that’s just the way it is, and of course the oldest adage of all; if it was good enough for me; and so on and so forth.  Just hit the link at the top of this blog and you can then read and download it for free.
I believe in a different approach to others. So that when they choose hate, I choose love, and when they choose malice I choose compassion, and when they choose anger I choose kindness; and though I have seen people hate relentlessly, I will not give up my love. And why because the only thing I will not give strength to is hate.
Should you feel weak I will make you feel strong. When you feel downtrodden, I will raise you up, and when you feel alone, that you have no one left to turn to, I will turn to you. For those that have shed tears enough to fill oceans. I shall drain those oceans and fill them with love. I will love who I will love the Great and the Small because everyone is equal in love. I will use every arsenal at my disposal.  Love, Compassion, Tolerance and Understanding. I will never give up in my belief that people can change, that I can reach into their hearts and find love there and not hate.  That people can all love one another. I will seek out the resolute ‘I am’ in everyone, and see if they are willing to join me and say ‘I am a lover too.’ Wait a minute that must mean ‘I am a dreamer,’ did you say those words ‘I am’ and believe them just a little bit.  So have I finally got you to recognise that I am a creative genius?
I guess that also means in the end dreams will out, or Love, depending on your interpretation or inspiration.  And the fantasist will have his say or not.  But then again you may be content to think that the things I do and will do may just be down to luck, or divine inspiration, or perhaps some of you might comfort yourselves by telling each other that I am incapable of creating something really profound; in which case when I am finally done; I will say the words that those people would hate to hear, especially after the hate in them has spent so many years and so much effort struggling against me, trying to diminish the love I feel; so when others come at me once more with hateful intention I shall turn and say ‘your hates too late, loves here to stay.’
So if you ignore the love within yourself and let negativity and hate spiral out of control, and you cling to hopelessness instead of hope; becoming blind to the truth, that the only thing that matters in life is that you love one another. It gives me the opportunity to come upon you in secret and whisper quietly in your ear, that, ‘loves here to stay,’ which means of course; ‘your hates too late.’

What is Love?

What is Love?

Love that majesty of the divine can take many forms. You can place it in your hearts and your minds and give it power over all things. It is the great shield and guardian against the forces of hate and malice. Its beauty is its understanding and tolerance; its greatness is its wisdom and forgiveness. Many do not see the power they have and subsequently rebel against the love they have inside themselves being fearful that it might show them up for being weak. Love is not weakness it is strength unimagined.
To many love is a relationship between two partners, between parents and children between those that are nearest and dearest. It can take different forms manifesting itself in a love for even an object, a smell, a desire. It makes the inanimate seem real and the real seem inanimate. It can give distance to the living and life to the dead.
To some love is clean living, showing the world that they are right, decent, law abiding citizens whose cold testimony inflicts upon the less fortunate the harshest of judgments, and feel satisfied after they have done so, that they are blameless in their condemnation of others and that all punishments are well deserved. They do not understand that love is about mercy unless they require mercy for themselves, as they are like great storehouses of virtue and love who give to their own but are unwilling to share what they have got with those who are considered strangers and do not realise that in those storehouses something rotten festers; hypocrisy.
To others love is highly possessive and uncompromising; it shows itself in a selfish need to be recognised by those loved, so much so that people are caught in a web of seeking the approval of those loved by elevating and placing them on pedestals so that all wrong they do goes unrecognised and unnoticed. Such a love manifests itself not just in the individual but also in groups and even sections of communities, and religions.
So again the question is what is Love? And how does anyone explain what has never been understood. When the riots occurred in 2011, a certain group showed how they had reached their tipping point. People lost businesses and homes and those with the authority to act looked at what had occurred with the answer of condemnation and punishment. Even though this does not address the underlying problems of those of the weak, the vulnerable and the unfortunate. Those people that had committed such offences needed to be re-educated. Some people even statesmen believed that the hostility of such groups that participated in the riots were due to a few opportunists; such a simplistic view does not consider why such people become opportunistic.
Those that perpetrated the riots did so not because they believed the world owed them something but because they felt they owed the world for all the hate, malice and callousness they have been forced to swallow. The bitterness is culturally held in their memory over many decades. It is in their hearts and their homes, it might even be brought from other places and be passed down from generation to generation. The understanding of this takes empathy, courage and a wisdom that is slowly but guardedly being shown.
So again the question is what is love and how does one explain its great mystery. I wrote in my social theory how the weak and vulnerable prey on the weak and vulnerable and this was seen in the riots. In a recent blog I also wrote how the rich treated each other richly and the poor treated each other poorly; I spoke of the richness of spirit and how it spans all classes as does the poor of spirit. For callousness like love does not know borders or bow to class.
That is why true understanding and education is necessary. People need to be taught empathy; the way to do that is through example and instruction. People learn by association and by things they are already sympathetic to, that is how they may be taught.

Ask yourself who or what do you Love? And then ask yourselves is that love or is it something else?

An Angels Voice for Louise
I am There

Don't despair for I am there
From every corner of your room
From distant sun to distant moon
When times of trouble come to soon
I am there
And in every cavern deep
In dreams when little children sleep
And all the secrets that you keep
I am there
And when ever you feel alone
Or feel that you can't turn home
Thinking that you are on your own
I am there
From covered mountains that touch the sky
To places where only eagles fly
To every question where you ask why?
I am there
And I don't mean to trivialise
And look upon you with selfish eyes
Or come to you in some hidden guise
When saying I am there
And though stories mention me
And I am beyond what mortal man can see
And though you believe with difficulty
I am there
And in this world of material labels
Where I am spoken of only in fables
To believe in love is to believe in Angels
So don't despair Louise for I am there

A Love without Condition

What is Love without Conditions
It is floating without a hoist
Watching parents of a new born baby rejoice
It is a hope without an end
A candles flame that will not descend
It is a breath of sweet innocence
It is a time that does not pass
A moment of magic that will last
It is all the positive energy in the world
It is every truth that love can build
It will keep you secure
It is a love that will endure
It is a faith that cannot be seen
The fulfilment of every dream
It is being interned whilst being free
A tsunami of sweet liberty
It is all the hot summers there have been
Every blue sky you have ever seen
It is the cure for every ill
The ultimate adrenalin thrill
It is all the wisdom that can be found
It is a spell that will astound
It is a heavenly belief
It is loves great relief
It is the acceptance of being fulfilled
It is a beauty never to be concealed
It is the stars that light up the night
It makes the sun burn so bright
It is a love freely given
And not by expectations driven
It is the being of your soul
And in life it is the ultimate goal

Thank you Jesus

I saw Heavens Kingdom
And found Jesus there
He said brotherly love
Is what made you care

And those desperate trials
That brought deep despair
Are gone here in heaven
Where everyone does care

He said
When you stood alone
I always stood there
So now forget the trials
And the burdens you bear

For here in heaven
No one stands alone
We are all at peace
In our one true home

And the loves lost
That passed far away
Never suffer winters frost
Or have a bad day

You'll find them all here
And others that you know
So do not shed a tear
For the places people go

Age of a lesser man

Age of a lesser man

What happened to those yesterdays that held so much promise. They were filled with struggles and trials that I was unprepared for. I remember when I was younger wondering what tomorrow would bring not knowing that I could take control of it rather than let it drive me down avenues I despised. My worries then seem distant now so much so that that time could be a thousand years ago; and if I met that man would I now be able to help him when he seems more detached than ever from this life.

The past now seems so long ago that I am only left with faded memories and I must ask myself was that a freer time or were those just innocent years. I remember that I never reacted when people tore at me but held all in. I was not one to indulge other peoples needs of shaming others so that they would appear a better person in front of them, instead I stood by breathing in the toxic vapour that they were spewing forth as if it were life giving oxygen. And when people beat me down either verbally or physically I believed it was deserved because I had been told so and when they hated me I believed that was deserved, again because I was told it was deserved; being convinced through years of abuse that I must have done something to initiate such offences when truly the lie was theirs and the belief in the lie belonged to so many thoughtless others, as people often would repeat old fables to justify their inaction or their unconcern for another persons emotions by saying such things as ’it takes two to tango’ meaning somewhere along the line I must also be at fault or they would say ‘you must have done something wrong’ when I had done nothing to deserve such malice; or they would tell me that their malice was a joke and if I was upset by what was said then the fault was mine for not understanding the humour of what was said. And if my complaints to the abuses suffered grew too tiring I would then be told to ‘get a grip’ or to ‘get over it’ or I was told to just ‘be quiet’ that ‘no one cares’, these words would often be thrown at me by people who were the first to complain when less acts of abuse occurred to them; such is the narrow view of this world as people are more than willing to devour others with their words and actions but when they have a reaction, these people often behave as though they are the injured party as though they are the victim. Again such behaviour shows how people centre on themselves and have a lack of empathy for others. It is no wonder that I closed myself off from others or the world that does so much to hate and be angry at others. And over time I lost so many I loved when I realised they did not love me. Those that were family who have over decades attacked me, those that I had thought as friends who had chosen a malicious route to my heart. And as the years passed realisation grew that people really did not consider me an equal or even any other person that they did not have a close personal relationship with. As the things people wanted for themselves were often different to the toxic waste they fed others.

All these people were unknowing of love or its hope; preferring to take hope from others, draining it away as though their lives depended on it, and like leeches they would try to suck the vivacity of life from others; believing in a ‘Dog eat Dog world’ that to them was very real, even though I would inform them that such a world makes everyone a cannibal. You see we are all meant to make each other strong instead of weak, and I observed that after people are made weak they are often blamed for the things they do as a consequence of their weakness, and is that not the way with the world. So hateful is the callous heart that it strives relentlessly to conquer and subdue. People will say and do things of a hateful nature and in their thoughtless calculating manner not care about the harm they do as long as they come to no harm themselves. I feel the sadness of this is that such a lack of empathy shows an increased sense of insecurity; a need on their part to be valued and yet the acts they perpetrate have no value.

All those whether they are an individual or even a state if they have to intimidate oppress or undermine another are behaving in a manner that shows how they cannot cope with their own issues and burdens and instead cast them around at those nearest to them with the same effect as someone hurling stones in a glass house. Not realising that they will in the end be the architects of their own downfall, as people or states like these do not have friends just accomplices who may be bought and sold depending on what is on offer; for such is the pragmatism and cynicism of this world.

Who mourns the Angelos?

When I die do not cover me with comforting words
Do not speak kindly of wasted youth or fettered love
Do not speak softly of harsher times felt
Make instead a trumpet call to passions dead
To wilted flowers lying over sunken bed
And have an honest tongue and say
We punished as it was right to punish
We hated as it was right to hate
We marked and stained as it was right to do so
Knowing that scars do not fade
For they are the reminders of acts played
But still dare you blame the dead
For their lack of life and withered passions

For the cold condemning testimony that endures
For voices unheard and the unspoken word
When ends their sufferance to hate
The trials and battles fought against fate
And what is left but the reminder of bitter age
Traced across charcoaled page
And then remember this epitaph
What does not live
Can neither love nor forgive
